AllClients vs Pipedrive
AllClients is client management software for small business, built around follow-up. Landing pages, forms, email marketing, follow-up automation and AI are included in every plan, starting at $24 a month. It's built for the non-technical owner who sells to consumers and runs the follow-up themselves.
Pipedrive is a sales CRM built around a visual deal pipeline, priced per seat. It's built for sales teams who work deals through stages. Follow-up automation starts on their Growth plan, and email marketing is a paid add-on on every plan.
14 days at the Premium level. No credit card.

The short version
One is a sales CRM, the other is client management software with the marketing built in. Here's the quickest way to tell which one is yours.
Pipedrive is the better fit if
- You have a sales team and each rep needs their own login
- Your work is deal-shaped: stages, forecasts, win rates, quotas
- You want deep pipeline customization and reporting
- You already have a separate email marketing tool you like
AllClients is the better fit if
- You're the owner, working alone or with a small team
- Your business runs on follow-up more than on deal stages
- You want automation and email marketing in the plan, not billed on top
- You'd rather learn one tool than wire three together

How each one is organized
Underneath the feature lists and the pricing, the two products are built for different jobs. That's the difference that should decide it.
A deal opens, moves through stages, and closes. Pipeline management, forecast reports and subscriptions are all built around that motion.
Every contact has a next step, and the question is when. Workflows, autoresponders and Boards are built around staying in front of a list over time.
Where Pipedrive is the cheaper way in. Pipedrive's Lite plan undercuts the Select plan on sticker price, and it tracks deals through a pipeline, which EasyContacts, AllClients' $9 contact manager, doesn't do. Neither one includes automation or email marketing. If you don't need those, you shouldn't pay for them. One more thing worth knowing before you compare: the Campaigns add-on is priced by how many subscribers you have, so the entry rate is a starting point, not a ceiling.
If your revenue arrives as identifiable deals with a beginning and an end, Pipedrive's model fits, and that motion is what Pipedrive is built for. If your revenue arrives because a past client remembered you four years later, that's follow-up, and follow-up is what AllClients was built for.
The pricing follows from the same split. Pipedrive charges per seat because it's built for a floor of reps who each carry quota. AllClients includes users in the plan because in most AllClients accounts, two of the five people just need to look something up.
Where Pipedrive is the better tool
Pipeline depth
The pipeline is the product, and it shows. If you live in a pipeline all day, Pipedrive's goes deeper than Boards.
Forecasting and reporting
Forecast reports arrive on Growth, and deeper reporting and custom data fields on Premium. If you manage to a revenue number, that's their territory.
Team structure
Teams, permission sets and visibility groups are built for a sales floor with managers over it. AllClients is built for one to five people who mostly do the same job.
Integrations
Pipedrive's marketplace has 500-plus apps, one of the largest in the category.
Where AllClients is the better tool
The whole job in one plan
Contacts, lead capture, landing pages, email marketing and automated follow-up, all included from $24 a month. Nothing to add on before the follow-up starts running.
Users don't move the price
The plan includes its users, and the gap widens with headcount. Five people on the Elite plan is $96 a month with all five included. Five people on Pipedrive is five separate seats, with the Campaigns add-on on top of them.
Follow-up that isn't deal-shaped
Plenty of businesses don't work in stages toward a close. They work by staying in front of past clients and referrals for years, and that's the motion AllClients is built around.
One tool instead of three
The contacts, the pages, the emails and the automation are the same product, set up by the owner in an afternoon rather than wired together from separate services.
A person on the phone
US-based support, founder-led since 2004, and no demo or sales call between you and the software.
Questions people ask
Is Pipedrive cheaper than AllClients?
Depends what you need it to do. Pipedrive's Lite plan undercuts the Select plan on sticker price, but it has no follow-up automation and no email marketing. Matched on those, one person on Pipedrive needs the Growth plan plus the Campaigns add-on, two line items against one $24 plan.
Does AllClients have a sales pipeline?
Yes, they're called Boards. A workflow can put a contact on one, move them between stages, email everyone on the board, or take them off it. Boards are simpler than Pipedrive's pipeline by design.
Can I move my contacts over from Pipedrive?
Yes. Export your contacts from Pipedrive as a CSV and AllClients will bring them in for you. Data migration is free and there are no setup fees.
What does Pipedrive charge extra for that AllClients includes?
Four things. Email marketing runs through the Campaigns add-on, on every plan including Ultimate, priced by subscriber count. Follow-up automation starts on the Growth plan, their second tier. Lead capture forms come through the LeadBooster add-on on Lite and Growth. Landing pages aren't in Pipedrive's published plans at all. All four are in every AllClients plan, starting at $24 a month.
