New Texting Platform Available Now for White Label Partners
Our new texting platform is now available for White Label partners.
This is a modern texting solution built to meet current carrier requirements and will gradually replace our Legacy VoiceTouch product over time. There is no requirement to switch immediately. The new texting system can run alongside Legacy VoiceTouch, or your clients can use it instead of Legacy if they prefer.
Please note: the new system is texting only. It does not include phone calling or call recording features that were part of the Legacy VoiceTouch product.
Important Difference from the Legacy Model
Under the Legacy VoiceTouch system, the texting and voice relationship was handled at the partner level through Twilio. Your clients simply saw texting inside their CRM and were not aware of the underlying provider.
The new model works differently.
Each client creates their own direct account with a supported texting provider and pays that provider directly for usage. There is no partner-level umbrella account and we do not manage those vendor relationships on your behalf.
This structure aligns with current 10DLC and carrier requirements and gives the customer clearer visibility and direct access to vendor support.
There is no charge from AllClients for you to enable this feature.
Your clients simply pay their chosen texting provider for usage. We do not mark up texting or bill you for it.
Depending on your business model, this can also create a new revenue opportunity for you. You are free to bundle texting into your plans or charge your customers however you see fit.

Once your client signs up with a provider and enters their authentication details inside the CRM, they can:
• Send texts from the Contact Card
• Use the Text Message Center
• Send real-time one-to-one messages
• Trigger texts from Workflows
• Use text message templates
Bulk texting campaigns are not part of the CRM interface at launch. Clients who need bulk campaigns can export contacts and send directly through their texting provider’s dashboard.
Important: 10DLC Registration
All U.S. business texting requires 10DLC registration. This is an industry-wide carrier requirement, not specific to AllClients.
The approval process can take time, so if your clients plan to use texting soon, they should begin the registration process as early as possible.
TextMagic and ClickSend offer live support for 10DLC submissions. Twilio is more self-service and typically better suited for larger or more technical users.
Activation
Texting is off by default for each White Label account.
