If one of your contacts or customers contacts us regarding their personal information, we may direct them to contact you, as the data owner/controller.

AllClients is headquartered in the United States, and information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States and other countries where our service providers operate.
Where required by law, we implement appropriate safeguards for international data transfers, including the use of Standard Contractual Clauses and participation in Data Privacy Frameworks.
8. EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework (DPF)
AllClients complies with the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework (EU-U.S. DPF), the UK Extension to the EU-U.S. DPF, and the Swiss-U.S. Data Privacy Framework (Swiss-U.S. DPF) as set forth by the U.S. Department of Commerce.
AllClients has certified to the U.S. Department of Commerce that it adheres to:

The UK Extension to the EU-U.S. DPF with regard to personal data received from the United Kingdom

AllClients remains responsible for the processing of personal information received under the DPF and subsequently transferred to third parties acting as its agents. AllClients complies with the DPF Principles for all onward transfers of personal data, including the provisions on onward transfer liability.
The Federal Trade Commission (FTC) has jurisdiction over AllClients’ compliance with the Data Privacy Framework.
We may be required to disclose personal information in response to lawful requests by public authorities, including to meet national security or law enforcement requirements.
Under certain conditions, individuals may invoke binding arbitration for complaints regarding DPF compliance not resolved through other available dispute resolution mechanisms.
