We do not sell or share the contents of your emails for advertising purposes.

Mobile and Text Messaging Data

No mobile information or text messaging opt-in data is ever shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your passwords and account credentials.

6. Your Customers’ Personal Data

If you use AllClients to store or process information about your own customers or contacts, you control that data and are responsible for managing it in accordance with applicable laws.

AllClients processes customer contact data only in accordance with your instructions and for the purpose of providing our services.

If one of your contacts or customers contacts us regarding their personal information, we may direct them to contact you, as the data owner/controller.

7. International Data Transfers

AllClients is headquartered in the United States, and information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States and other countries where our service providers operate.

Where required by law, we implement appropriate safeguards for international data transfers, including the use of Standard Contractual Clauses and participation in Data Privacy Frameworks.

8. EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework (DPF)

AllClients complies with the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework (EU-U.S. DPF), the UK Extension to the EU-U.S. DPF, and the Swiss-U.S. Data Privacy Framework (Swiss-U.S. DPF) as set forth by the U.S. Department of Commerce.

AllClients has certified to the U.S. Department of Commerce that it adheres to:

  • The EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework Principles with regard to the processing of personal data received from the European Union

  • The UK Extension to the EU-U.S. DPF with regard to personal data received from the United Kingdom

  • The Swiss-U.S. Data Privacy Framework Principles with regard to personal data received from Switzerland

If there is any conflict between the terms in this Privacy Policy and the DPF Principles, the DPF Principles shall govern.

AllClients remains responsible for the processing of personal information received under the DPF and subsequently transferred to third parties acting as its agents. AllClients complies with the DPF Principles for all onward transfers of personal data, including the provisions on onward transfer liability.

The Federal Trade Commission (FTC) has jurisdiction over AllClients’ compliance with the Data Privacy Framework.

We may be required to disclose personal information in response to lawful requests by public authorities, including to meet national security or law enforcement requirements.

Under certain conditions, individuals may invoke binding arbitration for complaints regarding DPF compliance not resolved through other available dispute resolution mechanisms.

9. Your Privacy Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to:

  • Access personal information

  • Correct inaccurate information

  • Delete personal information

  • Restrict or object to processing

  • Withdraw consent

  • Request data portability

10. Independent Dispute Resolution

In compliance with the EU-U.S. DPF, the UK Extension to the EU-U.S. DPF, and the Swiss-U.S. DPF, AllClients commits to resolving complaints concerning our handling of personal information received in reliance on the DPF frameworks.

11. California Privacy Rights

California residents may have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), including rights to:

AllClients does not sell personal information as defined under California law.

Our services may contain links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of third-party services.

13. Age Restrictions

Our services are not intended for individuals under 18 years of age.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under 18.

If we become aware that we have collected personal information from an individual under 18, we will take steps to delete such information.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time.

If we make material changes, we will provide notice at least thirty (30) days before the updated policy becomes effective.
