AllClients vs Less Annoying CRM
AllClients is client management software for small business, built around follow-up. Landing pages, forms, email marketing, follow-up automation and AI are included in every plan, starting at $24 a month. It's built for the non-technical owner who sells to consumers and runs the follow-up themselves.
Less Annoying CRM is a minimal CRM priced per user on a single plan: contacts, calendar, pipelines and forms, with strong human support. Email marketing runs through its Mailchimp integration rather than in the product, and there's no automated follow-up built in.

The short version
These two tools agree on the diagnosis: most client management software is too complicated for a small business. They disagree on the cure. Here's the quickest way to tell which answer is yours.
Less Annoying CRM is the better fit if
- You want the smallest possible tool: contacts, calendar, a pipeline, done
- You'll do the follow-up yourself when a reminder tells you it's due, and you like it that way
- You already run email marketing in another product and want to keep it there
- You have several users and want one flat per-user price with nothing to configure
AllClients is the better fit if
- You want the follow-up to run itself instead of living on your task list
- You want email marketing and a landing page in the same product as your contacts
- You'd rather learn one simple tool than wire a simple tool to a marketing tool
- You want a system that keeps working on the days you're busy or away
- You plan on growing, and you don't want to switch systems when you get there
Side by side
| AllClients | Less Annoying CRM | |
|---|---|---|
| What it is | CRM plus marketing automation for small business | Minimal CRM for small teams |
| Pricing model | Per account, not per user. Users are included in the plan. | Per user, one plan, no tiers and no add-ons |
| What it takes to get email marketing and automation | One plan. Select at $24 a month includes both. | The CRM plus an outside email tool. Bulk email runs through their Mailchimp integration, and automated sequences run in that outside tool. |
| Lead capture forms | Included on every plan | Included: a form builder linked to the CRM, shared by link |
| Landing pages | Included on every plan | Not in Less Annoying's published product |
| Email marketing | Included on every plan | Through the Mailchimp integration rather than in the product |
| Follow-up automation | Included on every plan, starting at $24 | Reminders and pipelines prompt you to follow up yourself. Automated email sequences run in the outside tools it connects to, and those automated sends don't log back to the CRM. |
| AI | Included on every plan | Not in Less Annoying's published feature set. Their integrations directory lists third-party AI tools. |
| Sales pipeline | Boards, tied to automation so contacts move themselves | Pipelines included, simple and easy to run by hand |
| Contacts | By plan: 1,500 on Select, 5,000 on Premium, 15,000 on Elite, expandable | No strict limit, with a guideline to stay below about 50,000 |
| Free trial | 14-day free trial, no credit card. Build in every feature; sending turns on when you subscribe. | 30-day free trial, no credit card |
| Support | US-based support, no demo or sales call required to start | Free phone and email support for everyone, including people still on trial |
How each one is organized
Underneath the feature lists and the prices, the two products are built on different ideas about who does the follow-up. That's the difference that should decide it.
The product keeps a clean record and a clean calendar, and reminds you what's next. It's simple because it leaves the marketing out: you make the calls, you send the emails, and the outside tools handle the campaigns. For plenty of businesses, that's exactly the right amount of software.
Every contact has a next step, and the product's job is to take that step on schedule instead of reminding you to. A workflow puts a new lead on a follow-up sequence the moment the landing page captures them, the autoresponder sends, the newsletter goes out, and every send and reply writes back to the contact record.
Where Less Annoying is the cheaper way in. If the job is only contacts, a calendar and a pipeline for one person, Less Annoying's single per-user price undercuts the Select plan, and it's a genuinely good tool for exactly that job. AllClients has an answer to that: EasyContacts is a $9 contact manager with no automation and no email marketing, for the business that truly doesn't need them yet. If you don't need the marketing layer, you shouldn't pay for it, in either product. The difference is what happens when you outgrow that job: EasyContacts is a separate product in the same family as the CRM, so growing into automation and email marketing means moving up to the CRM, not moving to a new system.
The test is what happens the week you're slammed. On Less Annoying, follow-up that lives on your task list waits for you. On AllClients, the follow-up that's automated already went out. If your business survives fine on your own discipline, Less Annoying's simplicity is the whole point. If your revenue depends on staying in front of a list even when you don't show up, that's follow-up, and follow-up is what AllClients was built for.
The pricing follows from the same split. Less Annoying charges one small per-user price because it sells a smaller job. AllClients starts at $24 because the plan carries the marketing layer with it.
Where Less Annoying is the better tool
Simplicity
Contacts, calendar and a pipeline, and deliberately nothing past that. If every feature beyond those feels like clutter to you, they built it for you.
One price, zero decisions
No tiers, no add-ons, nothing to configure or compare. You'll never wonder whether you're on the right plan, because there's one.
Large simple databases
With no strict contact limit, a big list that just needs storing and segmenting is cheap to keep there.
Where AllClients is the better tool
The marketing layer is in the plan
Email marketing, landing pages, forms and automated follow-up come with the CRM from $24 a month, in one product, on one bill.
Follow-up that runs without you
A workflow sends on schedule during the week you're slammed. Reminders wait for you; automation doesn't.
One place the history lives
Because the sending happens in the same product as the contacts, every send and reply writes back to the contact record instead of sitting in another tool's reports.
Room to grow into
Start with one of everything on the Select plan, then take the limits off with a plan change rather than a migration to a bigger system.
AI in the plan
The AI features come with every plan rather than through a third-party tool bolted on beside the CRM.
Questions people ask
Is Less Annoying CRM cheaper than AllClients?
For the job it does, yes: one person who needs contacts, a calendar and a pipeline pays less there than for the Select plan. Matched on the whole job, it flips. Email marketing and automated follow-up take Less Annoying plus an email tool you buy elsewhere, two products against one $24 plan. And for pure contact management, AllClients EasyContacts is $9 a month.
Does Less Annoying CRM do email marketing?
Not in the product. Their route is an integration with Mailchimp: your CRM groups sync to your email tool, and the campaigns run there. It works, and it's the design they chose to stay simple. AllClients takes the other path and builds the email marketing into every plan, so the sending, the automation and the contact history live in one place.
Can I move my contacts over from Less Annoying CRM?
Yes. Export your contacts from Less Annoying as a CSV and AllClients will bring them in for you. Data migration is free and there are no setup fees.
Which one is better for a very small business?
Both were built for you, so it comes down to how your business gets customers. If customers show up and you mostly need to keep track of them, Less Annoying is a clean, friendly answer. If customers come from staying in front of a list, newsletters, follow-up sequences, a page that captures leads while you work, then the marketing layer is the point, and AllClients includes it from $24 a month.
