AllClients vs GoHighLevel
AllClients is client management software for small business, built around follow-up. Landing pages, forms, email marketing, follow-up automation and AI are included in every plan, starting at $24 a month. It's built for the non-technical owner who sells to consumers and runs the follow-up themselves.
GoHighLevel is an all-in-one sales and marketing platform built for agencies to white-label and resell to their clients. Accounts are organized into sub-accounts, one per client business, and email, texting and calling bill by usage on top of the plan. It's built for the marketer who runs campaigns for many businesses at once.

The short version
One is an agency platform, the other is client management software for the business that owns the customers. Here's the quickest way to tell which one is you.
GoHighLevel is the better fit if
- You're an agency or marketer managing several client businesses under one login
- You want to white-label the platform and resell it as your own
- You need funnels, websites, courses, communities, social scheduling and reputation tools in one toolkit
- You want unlimited users and unlimited contacts on every plan
AllClients is the better fit if
- You run one business, your own
- You want an email allowance built into the plan price rather than metered sends
- You want a tool sized to the job of follow-up, not an agency console
- You want a handful of tools you'll use every day, not sixty you won't

Built for the agency, built for the owner
Both platforms include the whole loop: contacts, lead capture, email marketing and automated follow-up. GoHighLevel isn't missing anything AllClients has; it has far more. The question is who all of it was built for, and the software itself answers.
When a platform is organized into sub-accounts, the customer it imagines is managing many businesses. Every screen, setting and price follows from that. Usage billing on email, texting and calling makes sense for an agency, because the agency passes those costs through: higher plans include rebilling phone and email to clients. The white-label option exists so the agency's clients see the agency's brand. None of that is a flaw. It's a platform correctly shaped for its customer, and that customer is running marketing for other people's businesses.
Plenty of single businesses do run GoHighLevel, and the entry plan is built for freelancers and solo marketers. The trade is carrying an agency-shaped toolkit, and an agency-shaped bill, for a one-business job. The trade the other way is just as real: AllClients will never white-label itself for your clients or host your course, because it wasn't built to.
How each one is organized
Underneath the feature lists, the two products are built for different people. That's the difference that should decide it.
Capture, nurture, close, at scale, across clients. Funnels, ad tools, social planners, voice AI, courses and communities exist because somewhere, some client of some agency needs each one. The breadth is the product.
Every contact has a next step, and the question is when. Workflows, autoresponders and Boards are built around staying in front of a list over time, run by the owner between appointments.
If you sell marketing, GoHighLevel hands you the whole workshop. If you sell insurance, houses or haircuts, the workshop is overhead, and AllClients gives you the one machine the business actually runs on: the follow-up.
Where GoHighLevel is the better tool
Running client accounts
Sub-accounts, snapshots of proven setups, rebilling. Managing marketing for multiple businesses is the whole point of the platform, and nothing in the AllClients retail product does that job.
Toolkit breadth
Funnels, websites, courses, memberships, communities, social scheduling, reputation management, voice AI. One login can replace a long list of subscriptions.
Unlimited users and contacts
Every plan, no per-seat math and no contact tiers. For a large team or a big list, that's genuinely generous.
White-label resale
Higher tiers let an agency brand the platform as its own and sell it. That's a business model, not just a feature.
Where AllClients is the better tool
A bill you can predict
The plan price includes an email allowance, so the monthly number is the number on the pricing page rather than a plan plus metered sends and calls.
Sized to one business
One account for your business, not a console built to manage other people's businesses alongside it.
Only the tools you'll turn on
Contacts, lead capture, landing pages, email marketing, follow-up automation and AI. A shorter list is easier to actually use than a wider one.
Set up by the owner
No agency skill set required, and no demo or sales call before you can start.
Questions people ask
Is GoHighLevel overkill for one small business?
It depends what the business needs. Plenty of single businesses use it, and the entry plan is built for freelancers and solo marketers. The simplest test: if the list of tools you'd actually turn on is contacts, lead capture, email marketing and automated follow-up, that's the whole AllClients plan at $24, and everything past it on GoHighLevel is capability you're carrying but not using.
Is GoHighLevel cheaper than AllClients?
The models differ more than the numbers. GoHighLevel is a platform plan with email, texting and calling billed by usage on top, so the monthly cost depends on how much you send and dial. AllClients is a flat plan price with an email allowance included, so the bill is the number on the pricing page.
Can I move my contacts over from GoHighLevel?
Yes. Export your contacts from GoHighLevel as a CSV and AllClients will bring them in for you. Data migration is free and there are no setup fees.
Do both include marketing automation?
Yes, both platforms include workflow automation, and both can run the follow-up on their own. The difference is who the automation is organized around: GoHighLevel's around campaigns run across client sub-accounts, AllClients' around one business staying in front of its own list.
