AllClients vs Freshsales

AllClients is client management software for small business, built around follow-up. Landing pages, forms, email marketing, follow-up automation and AI are included in every plan, starting at $24 a month. It's built for the non-technical owner who sells to consumers and runs the follow-up themselves.

Freshsales is a sales CRM priced per user, built for sales teams working deals through a pipeline with the phone and the inbox close at hand. The marketing side lives in a separate product, Freshsales Suite, where each plan carries a set number of marketing contacts.

The short version

One is built for a sales team and priced by the seat. The other is client management software for one owner running the whole thing. Here's the quickest way to tell which one is yours.

Freshsales is the better fit if

  • You have reps, and each one needs a login, a quota and a queue
  • Calling is part of the job and you want the phone inside the CRM
  • You want AI scoring your contacts and reading your pipeline
  • Your work is deal-shaped: stages, territories, sequences, forecasts

AllClients is the better fit if

  • You're the owner, and there's no sales floor to equip
  • Your revenue comes from following up with past clients, not from working new deals
  • You want one product rather than a choice between three
  • You want the marketing contacts included instead of metered

How each one is organized

Underneath the feature lists and the pricing, the two products are built for different people. That's the difference that should decide it.

Freshsales is built around the rep

A lead arrives, gets scored, gets assigned, gets called, and moves through a pipeline toward a close. Territories, sequences, auto-assignment and forecasting all exist because somebody is managing a team of people doing that work, and the per-seat price follows from it.

AllClients is built around the person

Every contact has a next step, and the question is when. The record holds who this person is, what's happened, and what's scheduled, and the workflows, autoresponders, landing pages and Boards hang off that record. There's no sales floor to equip, because the owner is the whole team.

Where Freshsales is the cheaper way in. Their free plan covers up to three users, and their entry per-seat price is genuinely low for a real sales CRM with a phone built into it. For a small team whose job is working deals and making calls, that's a strong offer and it isn't what AllClients is for. The comparison matters when the marketing layer has to come along too, because that's the point where the product you're buying changes.

If you're staffing a sales operation, Freshsales is shaped for that and priced for it. If the person doing the selling, the emailing and the follow-up is you, and the revenue comes from a list that remembers you, that's follow-up, and follow-up is what AllClients was built for.

Where Freshsales is the better tool

The phone in the CRM

Built-in calling, with SMS and WhatsApp alongside it on the Suite. If your day is dials, that belongs in the software.

AI on the pipeline

Freddy AI scores contacts, reads deals and produces forecasting insight. For a team managing to a number, that's real work being done for them.

Sales team machinery

Multiple pipelines, sales sequences, territory management and auto-assignment rules, built for a floor with a manager over it.

A free plan and a long trial

Three users free, and 21 days of the full product before anyone asks for a card.

Where AllClients is the better tool

One product, not a choice of three

The CRM and the marketing are the same software. Nobody has to work out whether they need the sales CRM, the Suite, or the marketing product on its own.

Users don't move the price

The plan includes its users, so adding the person who answers the phone doesn't add a seat charge, and no one pays for an empty seat.

Contacts included, not metered

1,500 contacts you can email on the Select plan at $24, rising with the plan. Marketing contacts aren't a separate allowance to top up.

AI in every plan

It comes with the Select plan at $24 rather than arriving a tier up, and there are no sessions to buy in packs.

Owner-run, not a division

AllClients has had the same owner since 2004. Freshsales is one product line inside Freshworks, a public company. The person deciding what gets built is the person you deal with.

Questions people ask

What's the difference between Freshsales and Freshsales Suite?

Freshsales is the sales CRM: contacts, deals, pipeline, built-in phone, email templates and basic workflows. Freshsales Suite is the version with the marketing layer added, which is where landing pages, marketing campaigns and multichannel messaging live, and its plans carry a set number of marketing contacts. There's also Freshmarketer, the marketing product on its own. On AllClients that decision doesn't exist, because the CRM and the marketing are one product at one price.

Is Freshsales cheaper than AllClients?

Per seat, their entry plan is low, and their free plan covers three users. The comparison changes with what you're matching. A single owner who needs a landing page, marketing email and automated follow-up is buying the Suite rather than the sales CRM, and paying for marketing contacts as a metered allowance on top of the seat. AllClients puts all of it in one $24 plan with 1,500 contacts included. Which is cheaper depends on whether you're equipping a sales team or running a business by yourself.

Does AllClients have a sales pipeline?

Yes, they're called Boards. A workflow can put a contact on one, move them between stages, email everyone on the board, or take them off it. Boards are simpler than a sales CRM's pipeline by design, and they're tied to the automation, so contacts move themselves rather than waiting for someone to drag them.

Can I move my contacts over from Freshsales?

Yes. Export your contacts from Freshsales as a CSV and AllClients will bring them in for you. Data migration is free and there are no setup fees.
