AllClients vs Brevo

AllClients is client management software for small business, built around follow-up. Landing pages, forms, email marketing, follow-up automation and AI are included in every plan, starting at $24 a month. It's built for the non-technical owner who sells to consumers and runs the follow-up themselves.

Brevo is a multichannel messaging platform covering email, SMS, WhatsApp and chat, priced by how many emails you send each month. The send volume you buy also sets how many contacts you're allowed to store. It's built for the business whose marketing is campaigns across channels.

The short version

Both products carry contacts, email and automation. One is priced around sending, the other around running a business. The thing to know before anything else is what happens as your list grows: on Brevo's lower tiers, crossing your contact limit moves the subscription to the next tier on its own, at that tier's price. On AllClients, moving up a plan is a decision you make. Here's the quickest way to tell which one is yours.

Brevo is the better fit if

  • You hold a big list and send to it occasionally, which is what volume pricing rewards
  • You want SMS, WhatsApp, chat and push in the same place as email
  • You need transactional messages from your app or store, not just marketing sends
  • You want a free plan you can stay on indefinitely while you get started

AllClients is the better fit if

  • You want a landing page on the plan you're actually on, not two tiers up
  • You'd rather your bill stayed where you put it than upgrade itself
  • Your follow-up is one person at a time over years, not a campaign calendar
  • You want the whole loop in one plan and one price

How each one is organized

Underneath the feature lists and the pricing, the two products are built around different units. That's the difference that should decide it.

Brevo is built around the message

The center of the product is the send, across whichever channel fits: email, SMS, WhatsApp, chat, push. Sends renew monthly and don't roll over, tiers are drawn in send volume, and the whole platform is organized around getting messages out and measuring what came back.

AllClients is built around the person

Every contact has a next step, and the question is when. The record holds who this person is, what's happened, and what's scheduled, and the workflows, autoresponders, landing pages and Boards hang off that record. Messages are something the system sends on the way to keeping a relationship alive.

Where Brevo is the cheaper way in. Their free plan runs indefinitely, holds a large list, and sends up to 300 emails a day, which is more than a lot of small businesses send. Volume pricing is also the right shape for anyone sitting on a big list they email a few times a year, because most platforms charge for holding those contacts whether or not you write to them. If sending is the whole job and the list is mostly parked, that's a real advantage and it's theirs.

If your marketing is a calendar of campaigns across channels, Brevo is shaped for that work and priced for it. If your business runs on a few hundred people you'll know for years, and the job is never disappearing from their inbox, that's follow-up, and follow-up is what AllClients was built for.

Where Brevo is the better tool

Volume pricing on a parked list

Paying for what you send rather than what you store is genuinely better for a large list that gets a few campaigns a year, and most of the category charges the other way.

Channels beyond email

SMS, WhatsApp, live chat and push notifications in one platform, with the messaging API behind them.

Transactional messaging

Order confirmations, password resets and receipts from your app or store, alongside the marketing sends.

A free plan with no clock on it

Free forever, no credit card, with room to store a large list while you decide.

Where AllClients is the better tool

A landing page on the plan you're on

Lead capture pages come with every AllClients plan and go unlimited at $48. On Brevo the first landing page arrives two plans up, and there's one of it.

Automation with no contact cap

The follow-up runs for your whole list from $24. Brevo's automation is capped at 2,000 contacts until the third plan.

A bill that stays where you put it

Growing your list is a step you decide to take. Nothing upgrades itself when a contact count crosses a line.

Emails that look like yours

No platform logo in the footer, and no add-on to buy to get rid of one.

A person on the phone

US-based support on every plan, with no demo or sales call to get started. Brevo's phone support arrives on their fourth plan.

Questions people ask

Is Brevo the same as Sendinblue?

Yes. Sendinblue became Brevo in May 2023, after starting life as a newsletter service and growing into a multichannel platform. The name changed and the shape of the pricing didn't: the plan is still built around how much you send. AllClients came at the same problem from the other direction, starting as a CRM and building the email into it, which is why the plan is priced by what it includes rather than by volume.

Does Brevo have a CRM?

Yes, and it's more than an audience list. Every plan includes one sales pipeline with up to 50 open deals and task management. Beyond that, more pipelines, sales automation and multi-user access come in a paid Sales package on top of the marketing plan. On AllClients the CRM is the product rather than a package beside it, and Boards, contacts and the follow-up are the same system.

Why would a Brevo bill go up on its own?

Because the plan tier sets a contact limit as well as a send volume. On the lower tiers you get a warning at 85% of the contact limit, and reaching or passing it moves the subscription to the next tier automatically, at that tier's price. AllClients includes the contacts at each plan step, so moving up is a decision rather than something that happens while you're working.

Is Brevo cheaper than AllClients?

For sending alone, often yes, and their free plan costs nothing at all. Matched on the whole job, a landing page, uncapped automation and the client record, it takes their third plan, and that plan carries a single landing page. AllClients puts all of it in one $24 plan. Which is cheaper depends on whether you're buying sending capacity or a system to run the business on.

Can I move my contacts over from Brevo?

Yes. Export your contacts from Brevo as a CSV and AllClients will bring them in for you. Data migration is free and there are no setup fees.
