You can assign To-Dos to anyone in your database sharing group.

In this example, Kevin, Alice, Colby and James can assign To-Do’s to each other.

Let’s see how to do that.

Right now, I'm logged in as Kevin.

I’ll bring up a Contact and go to the To-Do List.

When I add a To-Do, I see this drop down called ‘Assign To’.

I will assign this To-Do to James.

Now if I go in and login as James, and look at his To-Do’s, I'm going to see that he needs to call Nick Harper to check in.

Please note that anyone in the sharing group can reassign a To-Do.

So in this case James could reassign this To-Do to someone else.
