Re-Assign Contacts

The Team Leader can re-assign contacts from one Team Member to another. Here’s how.

Every level user has the ability to re-assign a contact and In this video I will show you how to transfer contacts from one database to another. 

Let’s say you want to give your power user Margaret all of your Contacts whose last names start with A. 

You’ll go into contacts and select Advanced Search and then fill in the following. 

Next, we will send these to ClientTouch, and then click here on Group Edit. Now click “change to”, select her name, and that’s it. 

Now all of the contacts that were in the account owners database with the last name starting with A have been reassigned to the power user and are now accessible within that database.

To reassign an individual contact, simply click on the contact you want to reassign, click Edit… Now at the top of the screen you will see the database the contact currently lives in.

You’ll then select the database you want to transfer the contact to, click save, and that’s all there is to it.
