Using the Agenda Assistant to get reminders of Appointments and To-dos.
The Agenda Assistant will send you an email each morning to let you know what’s going on in your database. The agenda assistant can be found here in settings.
You can set up the agenda assistant to remind you about things like calendar events, to-do’s, birthdays, important dates, and more.
Here you will put the email address of the people you want to get the Agenda Assistant Reminders each day. You might want an email to go to you and your assistant.
Please note: The Agenda Assistant is a feature that must be activated manually.
To activate this feature you must check the box that says “enable agenda assistant.”
Lastly, clicking this button will show you what your emails will look like each morning.
