The Deals Tracking System allows you to manage your sales and your sales pipeline quickly and easily.
Let’s say you have a Software Business and a Mortgage Business. No problem.
You can create as many Custom Deals Screens as you would like.
Here we have a deal type for your software business and a completely different one for your loan business.
See all the Deals you are currently working on, or filter this list so you can focus on a subset of your deals.
If you really want to dive in and manipulate this data, you can export the deals in a .CSV format by clicking here.
The system’s export utility is smart enough to only export the deals you have filtered in this view.
From this Deals List you can click on the Deal Name to get to this details screen.
You can have Notes, Appointments, Attachments, and Related Contacts all associated with these Deals, all right here.
Now see your Deals on a screen that’s similar to a whiteboard.
As your Deals move through your sales process, you can move them along with it – like this.
You can even have the system trigger unique Workflows when your deals move to the next stage.
From the Contact Record, you can see at a glance which Deals this contact is associated with.
