Create custom labels to further organize your contacts beyond the standard Categories.

This is the Category 2 Screen in Settings.
Category 2 is a customizable category area that is almost identical to Categories.
The only difference is that with Category 2 you can change the label and use it any way you want to.
Some use the Category 2 for referrals or for profession. You can name it whatever makes sense for you.
Categories and Category 2 give you a way to classify your contacts.
Once you have a category assigned to each contact, your whole database will make a lot more sense.
Just like in categories, these are completely customizable, you can change them to whatever you would like.
When each of your contacts is assigned to one of these categories, you will be able to search and bring up all contacts in that category in seconds. One of the easy ways to do it is right here.
Click on the number next to the category and the system will show you all the contacts in that category.
If you ever want to delete a category, you are just deleting the category itself, you are not deleting the contacts in that category.
