Team – Disable Sign In

Disable the Sign In for team members you do not want to access the system. You will find this option in the Manage Team Settings page when you click on a user. Check the box to disable, uncheck the box to allow sign ins again.

Collect 2nd Contact Information on a Landing Page

There are now options in the Landing Page Forms to collect the 2nd contact name, email and birthday. The fields will auto-populate the contact record.

Workflow – Delete All Open To-Dos

When adding steps to a Workflow, there is now an option to Delete Open To-Dos. This will remove all existing To-Dos from a contact record.

Workflow – Pause Until Day of the Week

Use this option to pause your workflows until a day of the week. If you have reminders you want sent on Mondays, this option will be perfect for you.

Advanced Search – New Workflow Options

There are now more options for searching for contacts and their workflow activity.

Advanced Search – Has Phone Number

You can find all contacts that have phone numbers using Advanced Search. Select the option Any Phone # and is not empty.

Mobile Version – Search By Phone Number

Any 10 digit phone number will be sensed and searched across all 4 contact phone numbers.

Landing Page – Category 2

Set the Category 2 from the Landing Pages Actions.

Landing Page – Use Hidden Fields

Advanced Option. Use this to add data to a contact record from a Landing Page. The user will not see the information in the form.

Landing Page – Prefill Data

Team – Deleted User Shows Name in Notes

For users removed from this point forward, their notes will continue to reflect their name, rather than the “Deleted User” comment where the name was.

Team – Assign To-Dos in Group Actions

Owners and Admins can assign To-Dos to Independent Users and Power Users in Group Actions.

Team – Share Templates Upgraded

To share templates with a team user, click share. In the second user’s account, click to add a new template. Change the dropdown to view shared templates. It will now show thumbnail previews of the templates with the name and shared by.
