Custom Field Type: Dates

There is now an option of adding Dates to your Custom Fields. In the Custom Field set up, choose the Field Type Date to use the date format in that field.

You can also use Advanced Search to search for the dates.

Rename a Saved Search

You can edit the name of a Saved Search. Select the search and then use the pencil to the right of the name to change the name.

Recent Icon

There is a new icon in the top right of the screen. The Recent Icon will let you quickly link to the most recent Contacts you’ve accessed or the recent Settings you’ve edited. Each will show the last 6.

Sort To-Dos Without a Category

You can now filter your To-Do List to show all of the To-Dos that do not have a Category. This will find your To-Dos that are not calls, emails or letters.

Email Intelligent Link – Run when any link is clicked

When you are setting up an Intelligent Link in your Email, there is now an option to run a Workflow if ANY link is clicked. Choose the [ANY Link Clicked] option in the Link dropdown and your chosen Workflow will run for any of the link clicks.

Mobile Version – Send Email

You can now send an email from the mobile version contact. From the contact, click the email icon next to the email address. Choose how you would like to send the email. Follow the steps to send.

* Editing existing templates is not available on Mobile.

Advanced Search Dropdowns

When using the Landing Page Source, Active Workflow, Completed Workflow, Active Autoresponder or Completed Autoresponder, the IS and IS NOT will show you dropdown options to choose from the current library of campaigns. 

Contact List – Last Manual Note Date

We’ve added an option in the Contact List to display the Last Manual Note Date.

OPTIONAL – Add a Note When Contact is Transferred

This is an optional update – let me know if you want it turned on in your accounts.

When a contact is assigned to a team member or reassigned to another user, the system will automatically note the change. It will show who made the transfer and time and date stamp the transfer.
