When you click on an email address from a contact record you will now see the new Email Intelligence Info Box.

  • This box will let you send an email, change the opt-in status (opt-in with one click or opt-out). It will show you when the status was last updated.

  • The most valuable part of this info box is that it shows you the last time this email address opened one of your emails, or clicked a link in an email.
