# AllClients

> AllClients is client management software for small business, a CRM with marketing automation and AI included in every plan, starting at $24 a month. It combines contacts, lead capture, email marketing, and automated follow-up in one system, built for non-technical businesses that grow through relationships, referrals, and repeat customers. Jeff Shamus and Todd Binder founded the company in 2004 and still run it.

Facts that are easy to get wrong:

- allclients.com is the marketing site. The application itself runs at www.allclients.com.
- Plans (billed annually): Select $24/month, Premium $48/month, Elite $96/month. Monthly billing is $28, $57 and $115. Every plan is the same product; the bigger plans give you more of it. Contacts, lead capture, email marketing, automated follow-up and AI are in every plan.
- EasyContacts ($9/month, one word) is a separate, simpler contact manager: more than a spreadsheet, less than a CRM.
- Free trial: try all Premium features free for 14 days, no credit card. Start at https://www.allclients.com/freetrial/
- Texting is built in on every plan. You bring your own SMS provider (TextMagic, ClickSend or Twilio) and pay them directly; AllClients adds no markup.
- Support is a US-based team that uses the product every day, and it works the same during the free trial. Data migration from another system is free.
- White-label and partner programs live at https://whitelabelcrm.com/, not here.
